Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and hunt for new business through consistent weekly and daily efforts, including cold calling, canvassing, social media outreach, and networking events
  • Responsible for closing qualified leads provided by the marketing and sales development team
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions
  • Sell managed IT services, VoIP, cloud, cybersecurity, hardware, and software
  • Convert leads into sales through calls, in-person visits, and webinars
  • Drive new business development while managing existing accounts
  • Prepare and deliver IT equipment proposals for SMB clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with professionalism and precision
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach (calls, emails, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts
  • Assist with the growth of the sales division
  • Consistently aim to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
