Job Description
Under general direction from the City Manager, performs highly responsible professional
work to assist and support the City Manager and the Administration department. This position is the
principal coordinator for all administrative functions and activities within the Administration Department
and is responsible for managing and coordinating various meetings and schedules for the City Manager
and other staff within administration. Assists in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the
executive operations and requires significant initiative and discretion in daily activities. This position may
coordinate or work on special projects and may perform other duties of a similar nature or as assigned.
