Job Description
The Construction Foreman is responsible for supervising daily plumbing and HVAC construction activities, leading field crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of workmanship. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate labor, materials, and job-site logistics to meet company objectives and customer expectations.

The Construction Foreman will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of service while leading a team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing and HVAC construction activities on commercial and residential job sites
- Lead, mentor, and motivate field crews to meet project deadlines, productivity goals, and quality standards
- Assign tasks based on crew skill sets and project requirements
- Ensure all work complies with company standards, local codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Conduct regular job-site inspections to verify accuracy, workmanship, and completion milestones
- Review drawings, blueprints, and project plans to ensure correct materials, equipment, and installation methods are used
- Coordinate with project managers, office staff, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain efficient workflow
- Monitor material deliveries, verify quantities, and ensure proper use of tools and equipment
- Enforce safety policies, conduct toolbox talks, and promote a safe, organized work environment
- Resolve crew issues professionally to maintain morale and productivity
- Track daily progress and report schedule, labor, or material concerns to management
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members as needed
