Job Description
Responsible for direct care of clients including compliance with the house rules and schedules, participating in food services, addressing individual needs of the client throughout the shift, transportation to and from activities, assistance in self-administration of medication, participating in the admission/discharge of clients, conducting community meetings and groups, complete tequired progress notes, understands and follows the treatment plan and assisting clients in cleaning bedrooms, bathroom as well as assigned daily cleaning of the house, laundry and shopping.
