Job Description

We are seeking a Production Control Representative to support our aerospace manufacturing operations by planning, coordinating, and expediting materials and work orders to meet customer delivery commitments. This role is critical to ensuring production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time performance within a regulated aerospace environment.  

What You'll Do

• Review and distribute production schedules, work orders, and shipment priorities
• Monitor work-in-process (WIP), material availability, and production progress
• Coordinate cross-functionally with production, engineering, purchasing, quality, sales, and shipping
• Adjust schedules based on engineering changes, shortages, and shifting customer priorities
• Expedite materials with vendors and internal teams to protect on-time delivery
• Maintain inventory accuracy and initiate material requisitions
• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports
• Ensure compliance with company standards and aerospace regulatory requirements (ITAR)
• Support cost awareness initiatives and operational efficiency improvements

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience working with MRP systems; Visual Manufacturing experience preferred
• Demonstrated strengths in planning and organizing, analytical thinking, and problem-solving
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Proven dependability, attention to detail, and ability to make timely, well-reasoned decisions in a fast-paced environment
