Initial Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates
  • Schedule appointments and manage receipt of equipment from multiple customers
  • Utilize in-house designed software to track client data and equipment
  • Effectively manage tasks in a fast-paced environment

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong task organization and time-management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of tools is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, and reach for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift or move heavy instruments (up to 50 pounds for short distances)

Must Have:

  • Clean driving record for the past 3 years
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
