We're building a "category of one" in the crystal space—authentic, standout, and unapologetically unique. Tired of agency delays and generic AI content, we're bringing digital advertising in-house to drive real revenue with heart-centered creativity.

The Role Own 100% of our digital advertising. You'll craft scroll-stopping, human-written campaigns that compel affluent spiritual seekers to purchase and connect deeply with our mission. Be proactive: lead with data insights, optimize for ROI, and innovate without relying on AI crutches.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok—targeting high-net-worth audiences interested in spiritual growth, crystals, and coaching.
• Write original, compelling copy and hooks that highlight product rarity, energetic benefits, and our unique coaching (no ChatGPT copy/paste).
• Proactively analyze performance (ROI, conversions, CAC) and deliver weekly reports/recommendations
• Optimize website marketing, SEO, and email flows aligned with Kellie's intuitive vision.
• Collaborate in real-time with the family team; participate in hybrid in-person meetings (Tucson area) to handle crystals and align energetically.
• Drive revenue growth— we're hungry to win big in this booming market.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years hands-on digital advertising experience (e-commerce/wellness/spiritual brands a plus).
• Strong portfolio of original creative campaigns that convert (share samples!).
• Expertise in ad platforms, analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights), and basic design tools.
• Genuine passion for crystals, spirituality, holistic living—personal experience preferred.
• Proactive, revenue-focused mindset; excellent communicator who leads with insights.
• Tucson or Phoenix-based for hybrid flexibility (remote most days, in-person as needed).

Compensation & Perks

• Starting salary: $45,000–$50,000 during 3-month introductory period; increases to $50,000–$60,000 upon meeting performance milestones (e.g., ROI targets).
• Uncapped Monthly bonuses tied to ad-driven revenue and key metrics.
• Health insurance eligibility post-probation, flexible hours, generous crystal discounts, wellness perks (Reiki/crystal sessions).
• Full-time W-2
