Job Description
Our company seeks a trustworthy CDL driver to transport goods from our distribution center to our clients in the Arizona region. This position has a dedicated route. Consistent and steady freight.
You will be driving here in Arizona and at times out to California as routes, so 1 day trips up to 2 day trips.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect truck before and after trips
- Follow and maintain loading protocols, using chains and binders to secure cargo, and re-checking their stability throughout trips
- Inspect trailers before and after loading
- Properly and honestly track and document activity log
- Assist in unloading cargo when delivery sites are understaffed, maintaining product quality throughout conveyance
- Safely operate a truck. Adhere to traffic safety regulations at all times
