Sales Manager Responsibilities include
- Mentoring and motivating Account Executives and Sales Coaches towards goal achievement while fostering a culture of growth and teamwork
- Leading morning sales meetings with the Account Executives by discussing current sales promotions, effective strategies, market and product awareness, and providing performance feedback
- Overseeing the management of our key customer accounts
Sales Manager Position Requirements
- Superior skills in the analysis and interpretation of regional sales and market data
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software systems
- Five (5) or more years of related business-to-business sales management experience
- An advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
