Job Description
DescriptionThe Care Coordination Executive Assistant functions under the direction of the Care Coordination Manager providing department and patient support functions. Responsibilities include departmental administrative support and coordination of patient equipment and services. Ability to function with minimum supervision demonstrating appropriate decision-making within established guidelines. Maintains strict confidentiality and discretion in a tactful manner at all times.
RequirementsEducation: High School diploma or equivalent education.
Experience: Two (2) years advanced secretarial experience preferred.
Specific Skills: Filing, typing, answering phones, scheduling appointments, organizing timecards, ordering supplies, etc.
Advanced typing, word processing, and spreadsheet skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office
