We are seeking a mid-level ServiceNow Developer to join a collaborative team supporting multiple clients and ServiceNow applications in an agile delivery environment. This role is well suited for a developer who is comfortable working across multiple workstreams, managing sprint-based work, and operating effectively when requirements are evolving or incomplete.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, is organized, able to prioritize work across sprints, and can work independently while collaborating with a senior technical team. Experience in an MSP or consulting environment and ServiceNow certifications are considered strong assets but are not required.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 3 years of true hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Demonstrated ability to support multiple ServiceNow applications and/or multiple clients simultaneously

Experience managing work in an agile environment, including sprint assignments and story management

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize across sprints and projects

Hands-on experience with custom ServiceNow development (scripting, scoped apps) and configuration

Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITOM (preferred), ITSM, GRC or Vulnerability Response

Comfortable working independently while leveraging teammates as resources

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively when requirements are not fully defined Prior experience working in an MSP or consulting environment

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, or similar)

ITOM experience (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB)

Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
