Description
Under the general supervision of the Director/Assistant Director of Facilities, provides essential administrative support to the Facilities Department by managing work orders, scheduling repairs, maintaining equipment and service records, and coordinating communication between staff, vendors, and supervisors. Helps track preventive maintenance, process purchasing and invoices, and keep daily operations organized so the team can respond efficiently to facility needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Administrative experience in maintenance, facilities, operations, or a similar environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in California and Arizona.
- Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members.
