Our casino is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Assistant Cage Manager to join our Cage Operations team. This role supports the Cage Manager in overseeing daily cash handling operations, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

 

Qualifications

Under general supervision of the Cage Manager, ensures the safeguarding of Casino assets, and player card services. Comply with all established Internal Controls and Policies and Procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Three (3) years of experience in a casino cage operation or similar financial environment.  
  • Two years prior supervisory experience.
  • Two or more years of high volume cash handling experience.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.  
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California.
  • Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members.
