Job Description
Key Responsibilities-
Fabrication & Assembly: Cut, shape, and join materials (metal) according to blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.

Machine Operation: Set up and operate industrial equipment such as saws, grinders, drill presses, and CNC machinery.

Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for precision and quality using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) to ensure they meet company standards.

Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA and company-specific safety protocols, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure production schedules and shipping deadlines are met.
Key Functions
Criminal Background: Must have a clean criminal background
Drug Screen: Must pass a drug screen. (Random screens are administered after hiring)
Work Shift: 4/10's schedule- Monday to Thursday 4:00am to 2:30pm
Environment: Workspace is a covered outdoor environment. Work / tasks are labor intensive.
