Job Description
As a Sales Representative/ Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to companies and contractors to promote and sell our range of tools and equipment. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
Essential Duties
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Sell consultatively, detailing products, determining customer needs and requirements, and making recommendations to both prospects and customers of various solutions
- Work in conjunction with sales management team, providing proposals and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales growth
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Perform other duties as assigned
