Ability to maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and colleagues. Ability to coordinate and oversee construction projects from contract award to completion. Must be able to simultaneously manage multiple projects while meeting time and cost obligations for each job. Proficient in MS software and understand project delivery and documentation. Able to work 40+ hour weeks.
