Job Description
Homeland Fence & Supply is seeking a skilled and motivated Fencing Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with all types of fencing (chain link, wood, vinyl, wrought iron, etc.). Welding experience is a strong plus.
You will lead a team in the field, oversee installations from start to finish, ensure quality control, and communicate with customers and project managers. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead by example, and ensures jobs are done safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and work alongside crew on fence installations
- Read and interpret job site plans, layouts, and instructions
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
- Communicate with office and customers as needed
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site organization
- Assist with welding and fabrication when needed (if qualified)
