Job Description
Western Ag Enterprises Inc. is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team. This role involves physically demanding work, both in our warehouse and occasionally in the field, ensuring the production and installation of high-quality liner materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks in a warehouse and field environment.
- Complete repetitive, labor-intensive work within small teams.
- Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs for 8+ hours daily.
- Ensure all order specifications are met with the highest standards.
- Maintain efficiency to guarantee timely shipment of orders.
- Adhere to company safety regulations and handle materials with care.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Proactively contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of performing physical labor in Arizona's heat.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are crucial.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Experience with sewing or similar skills is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
