Position Details * Locations: Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, and Ahwatukee – assignments matched within 20 minutes of your preferred area * Hours: 4-6 hours per week | Availability needed Monday-Friday, 4:00-7:00 PM * Compensation: $20-$28/hr (contract position) + performance bonuses What We’re Looking For * Experience working with students who have IEPs, 504 Plans, or diagnosed learning differences (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, autism spectrum, processing disorders) * Background in special education or a related field preferred * Comfort implementing accommodations and modifications, and adapting instruction to individual learning profiles * Currently enrolled in college or hold a college degree (Special Education degree or coursework a plus) * Strong communicator who can collaborate with parents and, when needed, school teams * Reliable transportation to travel to students’ homes * Patient, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about student success * Specialized certifications (Special Education, ABA) are a plus, but not required Ready to Make an Impact?
