Job Description
POSITION: Director of Product Management
DUTIES: Lead product strategy and development for AI-driven lending and real-time funding platforms, optimizing operations for subprime lending clients nationwide. Coordinate with a small team of other Product Owners and Soaren's C suite. Manage product budget and oversee engineering, QA, and product operations with indirect oversight of an engineering budget. Explain concepts and designs to diverse audiences, effectively bridging the gap between technical and non-technical individuals. Lead and support the team by recruiting, hiring, and mentoring Product Owners and Analysts. Promote a culture that fosters curiosity, creativity, innovation, discipline, performance, and success, while also cultivating business knowledge and expertise in Soaren systems.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Business Administration or Related Field and 60 Months of Experience as Product Manager or Closely Related Occupation
Hours: 40 hours a week, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $203,674Year
