Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school

- Certification in CAD software and specific Civil 3D platform

- 5 -10 years’ experience related to specific CAD and Civil 3D software required, with at least 5 years’ experience in detailed land development engineering

- Must have 3-5 years of residential experience within land development

- Ability to train and mentor CAD Drafters/Technicians and Engineering Interns

- Ability to coordinate and lead multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously to make decisions with an understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve successful results and deadlines

- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a multidisciplinary team with input and support from the Manager(s)

- thorough knowledge and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft office platforms
