As an Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Manager – HTF Engines at Honeywell, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the successful execution of supply chain and operational initiatives supporting the HTF Engine product line . You will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional projects that improve engine production readiness, supply continuity, operational performance, and delivery execution across the HTF value stream.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Quality, Program Management, and Business Leadership to ensure critical HTF engine objectives are achieved. You will drive strategic initiatives focused on capacity expansion, supplier performance, production acceleration, risk mitigation, cost reduction, and operational excellence while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage strategic ISC projects supporting the HTF Engine product line from planning through execution and delivery.

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation.

+ Partner with cross-functional teams to drive production readiness, supply continuity, and operational performance improvements for HTF engine programs.

+ Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting engine deliveries, supplier performance, production schedules, and material availability.

+ Drive recovery plans and corrective actions for critical supply chain, manufacturing, and operational challenges affecting HTF engine performance.

+ Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and ensure accountability for deliverables across functions.

+ Communicate project status, risks, mitigation plans, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction, inventory optimization, supplier development, throughput improvements, and operational efficiency.

+ Support strategic capacity planning and execution to meet customer demand and business growth objectives.

+ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with Honeywell quality, regulatory, and operational standards.

+ Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence across the HTF engine value stream.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 6+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, aerospace programs, or project management.

+ Experience managing complex cross-functional projects supporting production, operations, or supply chain execution.

+ Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, production planning, supplier management, logistics, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.

+ Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale operational initiatives and delivering measurable business results.

+ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

+ Ability to effectively influence and drive decisions across multiple organizations and leadership levels.

WE VALUE

+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

+ Aerospace industry experience, preferably supporting engine manufacturing, propulsion systems, or highly regulated production environments.

+ Strong leadership and people management skills with a demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams.

+ Experience leading supply chain recovery, production acceleration, or operational transformation initiatives.

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment.

+ Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

+ Strong project management capabilities and the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously; PMP certification preferred.

+ Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and achieve results through collaboration.

+ Proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving complex operational challenges, and implementing sustainable improvements.

+ Commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

+ Experience with capacity planning, supplier performance management, and risk mitigation within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
