Our client is seeking a seasoned Craft Recruiting Manager to lead skilled trades recruiting efforts across industrial, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, and mission critical construction projects. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill craft positions while helping enhance recruiting processes within a growing organization. The ideal candidate has extensive experience recruiting skilled trades professionals, partnering with field leadership, and supporting high-volume hiring needs in complex construction environments.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of recruiting experience

Direct experience recruiting skilled trades/craft labor within construction, industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, mission critical, or similar environments

Experience recruiting for roles such as welders, pipefitters, electricians, riggers, fabricators, mechanical trades, and field leadership UKG experience (strongly preferred)

Workday experience

Previous recruiting leadership or people management experience
