Job Description

Tricar Sales, Inc. is looking to fill six (6) Warehouse Operator positions in Santa Cruz County (16 Kipper Street, Rio Rico, AZ 85648) Arizona. This is a temporary, full-time, seasonal position and we are looking to fill six (6) job openings for employment from October 01, 2026 to June 30, 2027.

Duties: Load and unload materials from trucks and containers by hand or using basic warehouse equipment, following supervisor instructions. Move products within the warehouse to designated staging or storage areas as directed. Place and arrange materials in assigned locations to maintain order and accessibility of goods. Assist with assembling and breaking down pallets and shipments for storage or distribution. Check labels and quantities on items against provided paperwork and report any differences to a supervisor. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including loading docks and storage spaces, by removing debris and organizing materials. Use basic warehouse tools and equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) in a routine manner, in accordance with safety guidelines.

Requirements: Must have ability to perform job duties, including standing for extended periods of time, and work full time hours (40 hours per week). Six months of experience with use of pallet jacks or forklift.

Terms and Conditions of Employment: $17.23/hr, 40hrs/wk, Mon-Fri, 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Schedule varies). Overtime is available as needed. Overtime rate of pay is at least $25.85 per hour. Temporary Employment: Dates of Intended Employment 10/01/2026 - 06/30/2027.

Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment.

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the work originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

Tools, equipment and supplies: The employer will provide to workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

Miscellaneous: the employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due; The pay period is every week; The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions, which are not required by law; The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker).
