In this role, you will do more than just sell—you will act as a trusted beauty expert, educating our guests and helping them feel confident in their skin.
Responsibilities
- Personalized Consultations: Greet customers and assess their unique skin type, tone, and personal style preferences.
- Product Education: Guide customers through our selection of skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance products, explaining the benefits and ingredients.
- Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets by successfully upselling and cross-selling.
- Store Upkeep: Maintain visually appealing product displays, restock shelves, and ensure all tester areas are clean, sanitized, and inviting.
- Customer Loyalty: Assist customers with transactions on the POS system and build lasting client relationships by keeping them informed on promotions and upcoming events.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, or customer service.
- Expertise: Passion for and strong working knowledge of current beauty trends, skincare routines, and makeup techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming, and persuasive communication style.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Cosmetology or Esthetician license is a strong plus.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts during peak shopping seasons.
