Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Order Processing: Accurately operate the cash register, process cash and card payments, and manage the drive-thru headset or front counter during rush periods.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean workspace, including wiping down tables, sweeping floors, and helping out where needed.
- Teamwork: Assist kitchen and prep staff with packaging food, checking order accuracy before giving it to the customer, and maintaining a steady workflow.
Requirements
- Experience: No previous experience is required.
- Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, basic math skills, and a patient, positive attitude.
