Position Summary
DBG Flooring is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team to help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

• Assist customers in the showroom and over the phone.
• Build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Create bids and estimates
• Learn various material types and pricings for each
• Schedule appointments, measurements, and installations.
• Create and manage work orders.
• Communicate with customers, installers, and management regarding project updates.
• Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries.
• Perform general office and administrative tasks.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using computers.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Fast learner with the ability to multitask.
• Reliable, professional, and a team player.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
