Location: Phoenix, AZ 85043
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Long-term
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Weekend overtime may be required based on production needs.)

Warehouse Packer – Weekly Pay | Full-Time

Spectra360 is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packers to join a clean, organized warehouse team in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous warehouse packing experience who are comfortable using RF scanners and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, long-term position offering weekly pay and the opportunity for permanent hire based on performance and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Use an RF scanner to pick, verify, and process orders.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
• Read and follow packing slips and work instructions.
• Label, stage, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse packing experience required.
• Experience using an RF scanner required.
• Ability to perform basic math without a calculator.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
