Insight Global is looking for an Entry-Level Equipment Engineer (Korean Bilingual) to join a growing manufacturing engineering team within a large-scale advanced manufacturing environment. This individual will support the installation, operation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automated production equipment. Working closely with senior engineers, maintenance teams, and manufacturing personnel, this engineer will assist with equipment performance analysis, issue resolution, preventive maintenance initiatives, process optimization projects, and equipment documentation. This role will pay 66K-70K based on level of education.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering discipline

Fluent in both Korean and English (written and verbal)

Strong interest in manufacturing, automation, equipment engineering, or industrial operations

Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Internship, co-op, research, or project experience involving manufacturing equipment or industrial systems

Exposure to PLCs, HMIs, sensors, robotics, or automated equipment

Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting methodologies

Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Minitab, or Power BI

Experience working in a manufacturing, semiconductor, battery, automotive, or industrial environment
