Job Description
At Advanced Therapy Solutions, a part of Sevita, we believe in the power of communication to change lives. We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing interdisciplinary team and support individuals of all ages in reaching meaningful milestones across clinic, community-based, and telehealth settings.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care that improves communication and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency skills across all populations
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans
- Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize progress
- Provide caregiver education to support carryover of skills in home and community settings
- Coordinate services across clinic, community-based, and telehealth platforms
- Manage caseload, scheduling, and ensure accurate billing practices
Specialty & Program Areas:
- Support Feeding Services (High-Need Area) in collaboration with OT/SLP
- Assist with Custom Durable Medical Equipment (DME) as part of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Participate in Community-Based Services (marketed as community services, not home health) across all disciplines
- Provide Telehealth Services across all disciplines
