Position Overview
As a BDC Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads, internet inquiries, phone calls, and service customers. You’ll set sales and service appointments, build relationships, and help drive dealership traffic. This is a key role in our growing family team!
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, upbeat attitude
- Customer service or call center experience preferred (auto experience a plus)
- Organized and goal-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work weekends (closed Sundays)
