The Team Lead, Learning and Development supports CARF’s mission, vision, values, goals, and objectives by expertise and leadership for strategic learning and development initiatives that contribute to organizational effectiveness and business development, and are in compliance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and contractual obligations. In addition to leading a team of learning and development professionals/technologists, this position performs full-cycle instructional design and eLearning development work, including analyzing learning needs, collaborating with SMEs on content, designing and developing start-to-finish learning solutions, supporting implementation, and evaluating effectiveness.
