An Insight Global customer is looking to hire a Sr. Facilities Wastewater Engineer for a new state of the art semiconductor facility in north Phoenix. This person will be responsible for supporting the ongoing design, construction, commissioning and operations for a new advanced manufacturing facility. This role ensures compliance with environmental regulations, manages permitting processes, maintain and optimizes treatment operations, and supports sustainable water management practices to meet production and corporate ESG goals. This is a full-time opportunity with our customer, and you can plan to expect a compensation range of $120k to $150k. Exact compensation may vary depending on years of experience and education.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in wastewater treatment operations, preferably in semiconductor.

Strong knowledge of biological, chemical, and physical treatment processes.

Familiarity with SCADA systems and automated monitoring tools.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Proficiency in software tools (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, Bluebeam). Experience in design, construction, commissioning, and start-up preferred.

Professional Engineering License (PE) is a plus.
