Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

Job Location: Oro Valley, AZ 85755 United States

Job Duration: 4 months of possible extension

Job Summary

+ Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of design principles, practices and implementation in complex systems and assignments.

+ General responsibilities include design concept generation, participating in design reviews, development and testing to assess performance against design specification; reliability testing, and assessment of system interactions.

+ Makes independent decisions.

+ Assists in the development of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issues to determine root cause and possible engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

+ TMV, Test Method Development, DoE, data analysis (python coding capability)

+ Digital outputs of a sensor and analyze the data Test bed development

+ Troubleshooting skills

+ Developing comprehensive testing plans.

+ Executing hands-on testing protocols.

+ Authoring detailed technical reports.

+ Managing the defect lifecycle (collection, documentation, and summarization for our development partner).

Must Have Skills

+ Risk and requirement management

+ Technical writing (protocols, reports, etc.)

+ Demonstrated experience with complex systems

Education & Experience:

+ Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, or Software preferred)

+ Years of Experience: 8 yrs

+ Experience in a FDA or FAA regulated environment is a strong plus; Medical device industry is ideal
