Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

1. Overall responsibility for all phases of manufacturing including on-time delivery, cost, and quality in the areas of:
   1. Assembly
   2. Test
   3. Purchasing
   4. Material Control
   5. Shipping /Receiving
   6. Facilities management and maintenance
2. Ensure compliance with appropriate OSHA regulations, best practices, and company policies.
3. Develop a plan for the success of the department and the development of its resources and personnel over time.

 Responsibilities:

 Implement and administer a safety program in compliance with OSHA, best practices, and company policies.

1. Supervise / administer time keeping system, to ensure payroll and job costing accuracy.
2. Generate and schedule all manufacturing activities, including work orders, purchasing, production, test, and shipping.
3. Implement a plan for the success of the department and the development of its resources and personnel over time.
4. Other duties as assigned
