The- Scrum Master Lead is a senior Agile delivery leader responsible for enabling high-performing Scrum teams while driving Agile maturity across programs, departments, or portfolios. This role goes beyond a single team, focusing on organizational impediment removal, Agile coaching, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement at scale . The Scrum Master Lead acts as a servant leader, coach, and trusted advisor to delivery teams and leadership.
What you will do at Sogeti:
Key Responsibilities:
Agile & Scrum Leadership
+ Serve as- Lead Scrum Master -across multiple Agile teams or a complex program
+ Facilitate and oversee Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) while ensuring consistency and quality
+ Coach Scrum Masters and delivery teams on- Agile principles, self – organization , and continuous improvement
+ Ensure Scrum and Agile frameworks are understood, adopted, and effectively executed
