Job Description
KPM is looking to hire a skilled Paint & Resurface Technician to join our maintenance team. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic quality of our residential properties through professional painting and resurfacing work.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks.
+ Apply paint, stains, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
+ Resurface countertops, cabinets, and other surfaces as needed.
+ Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
+ Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
+ Assist with property turnovers by providing paint and resurfacing services.
+ Collaborate with maintenance and property management teams to schedule and complete work efficiently.
+ Follow all safety protocols while performing tasks.
Requirements
+ Prior experience in painting and resurfacing preferred.
+ Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.
+ Ability to prepare surfaces and perform high-quality paint application.
+ Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong time management and organizational skills.
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
+ Good communication skills and professionalism.
