Job Description
We are seeking an English Learner {EL) Instructor/ Junior EL Coordinator to join our Nogales Campus.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide daily, in-person English language instruction and support to English Learner students at the Nogales Campus. The individual will work directly with students through structured individual and small-group instruction designed to strengthen English language development and support students' success across their academic coursework.
Depending on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, the position may also include junior-level EL program coordination responsibilities, including maintaining student documentation, monitoring EL student progress, supporting required assessments and screenings, communicating with families, and assisting with implementation of the school's EL program.
When not providing scheduled EL services, this individual will also support the broader classroom environment by assisting students with coursework, academic interventions, progress monitoring, and day-to-day instructional needs.
