Job Description

We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to join our septic installation team. This position involves assisting with septic system installations, site preparation, and general construction duties. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment.

• Assist with septic system installation and site preparation
• Perform general labor and construction duties
• Safely use hand tools and basic equipment
• Assist operators with excavation and installation activities
• Spot heavy equipment and communicate with equipment operators to maintain a safe work area
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
• Dependable and punctual
• Experience operating heavy equipment is a bonus but not required
• Construction or septic installation experience is a plus
