Position Overview:
Ed’s Parking and Shell Station is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Parking Attendant/Cashier to join our team. You will manage customer transactions, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a friendly, organized, professional environment. This role involves handling payments, using a cash register and iPad for transactions, and assisting customers with their parking needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with parking and transactions
- Operate a cash register and iPad for payments
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and promoting our services
- Ensure the parking area is well-maintained
- Stand for extended periods
- Handle both cash and card transactions accurately
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the station and parking areas
- Work weekends and accommodate a variable schedule
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must
- Experience with cash registers and iPads is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Must be available to work weekends and flexible hours
- Previous cashier or sales experience is a plus
