Are you a passionate mental health therapist looking for the flexibility of private practice with the support of an established behavioral health organization?
Join Rite Path Behavioral Health, as a 1099 Independent Contractor Therapist serving clients at our Queen Creek Arizona location.
Spanish-speaking ability is required for this position.

What You’ll Do
+ Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed practices.
+ Provide behavioral health services to English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
+ Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
+ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality client care.
+ Manage your caseload while meeting agreed-upon productivity expectations.
What You’ll Bring
+ Spanish-speaking ability is required.
+ Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT, or be a Master’s-level therapist eligible to provide services within the scope of the position.
+ Strong clinical, documentation, and time-management skills.
+ Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
