Insight Global is seeking an Associate Site Manager for our energy client wind operations in Holbrook, AZ. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a utility-scale wind farm. The Associate Site Manager will spend the majority of their time in the field, working directly with wind technicians to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This individual will oversee the performance of the site from an operations and maintenance standpoint, helping coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting turbine issues, managing work schedules, and ensuring the site is operating at peak performance. The role is highly focused on supporting and leading technicians rather than managing engineers, making it ideal for someone with a strong wind operations background who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day work of the site.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

- Wind energy experience

- Experience supporting wind farm team

- Monitor turbine performance and assist with troubleshooting efforts.

- Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating technicians.

- Strong understanding of turbine maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Willingness to be a field-focused leader and remain involved in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily wind farm operations and maintenance activities.

- Lead and support a team of wind technicians.

- Ensure preventative and corrective maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently.

- Monitor turbine performance and assist with troubleshooting efforts.

- Coordinate work schedules, maintenance planning, and outage activities.

- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company standards.

- Serve as a hands-on leader who is regularly present in the field and involved in day-to-day site operations.

- Help drive site reliability, availability, and operational performance.
