As an HRIS Generalist, you’ll manage employee life‑cycle data, enhance HRIS functionality, and serve as a technical resource for HR and cross‑functional stakeholders — helping EST deliver timely, accurate, and compliant HR operations.

HRIS Data Management — Maintain accurate employee life‑cycle data, troubleshoot system issues, and support ongoing process improvements.
Employee Support — Provide timely, professional assistance to employees on HRIS and HR process questions.
Confidentiality & Integrity — Manage sensitive HR information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
HR Program Administration — Support onboarding, offboarding, benefits, compensation, leaves, performance management, and engagement activities.
Digital Record keeping — Maintain and audit digital employee records across HR systems.
Uniform Store Management — Oversee inventory, process employee orders, and maintain accurate store records.
Communications & Events — Assist with HR communications, newsletters, and company events.
Compliance Support — Support compliance tasks, monitor regulatory changes, and help maintain required documentation.
Process Improvement — Recommend enhancements to HRIS workflows and HR operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- SHRM‑CP or HRCI‑PHR preferred.
- 5–7 years of HR experience including HRIS administration, employee record maintenance, compliance, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and communications.
- 3–5 years of advanced HRIS data management experience; ZOHO People Plus preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel.
- Proven professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in HR matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with patience, courtesy, and diplomacy.
- Strong organizational skills; self‑starter with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Experience with Federal Contractor environments is a plus.
- Proficient in English; Real ID driver’s license
