Job Description
At Advantage Solutions, we support over 250,000 retail locations through merchandising, brand support, and in-store services. None of that is possible without our 65,000+ field associates, who help ensure stores are set up for success.
ROLE OVERVIEW
In this role, you’ll support product resets and merchandising execution, ensuring products and shelving are displayed according to planograms and ready for sale.
Key highlights:
- Work in teams or independently to completing store resets
- Set shelves, move product, clean, tag, and organize displays
- Work across multiple store areas (including freezer/refrigerated when applicable)
LOCATION & TRAVEL
This role supports a large territory and requires traveling to Tempe, Chandler and Gilbert aeas. The work schedule is typically DAYS starting at 5AM ending between 8-10 hours depending on project needs, but until the assigned work for the day is complete. This is a team job so there is no flexibility in leaving early or required end times outside of the stated parameters.
You must have reliable personal transportation. Travel to and from job sites is your responsibility as well as travel between sites as the role may involve visiting multiple store locations within a single shift; carpool, public transit, uber/lyft/taxis, nor a friend/family member are acceptable modes of transportation for this role.
