Job Title: Industrial Blaster
Location: Apache Junction, AZ
Employment Type: Fulltime
Schedule: up to 58-hour work week, Monday-Saturday (Saturday may be required)
About the Role
Rolling Plains Construction (RPC) is seeking experienced Industrial Blasters
experience in the fireproofing industry.
Candidates with less experience who demonstrate a strong work ethic, mechanical
aptitude, and a commitment to learning are encouraged to apply. RPC provides on-the-

Key Responsibilities
Surface Preparation
Hand blasting
Blast machine operations
Equipment maintenance
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age
OSHA 10 preferred
Two forms of identification
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Ability to follow instructions
Commitment to workplace safety
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
Ability to work as part of a team
Reliable transportation
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Work outside for 8–10-hour shifts
Able to lift 75 lbs.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb
Stand for the duration of the shift
