About the Role
Nu-Wave Innovations is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects in the field. This person will own day-to-day project execution — scheduling, manpower, materials, and keeping crews productive and clear on their work.
Responsibilities
· Manage electrical projects from mobilization through completion
· Build and maintain project schedules; adjust labor and sequencing as needed
· Plan, assign, and oversee project manpower across jobs
· Coordinate project supplies and materials so crews have what they need on site
· Direct field employees and keep crews on task with clear daily expectations
· Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance on commercial/industrial work
· Communicate with project managers, ownership, general contractors, and trades
· Identify issues early and drive solutions without delaying the schedule
· Maintain accurate field documentation (daily reports, manpower, material needs)
