Job Description

Devoted Guardians is seeking an experienced DCW Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Direct Care Worker (DCW) recruiting, combined with sales, customer service, and relationship-building experience.   This position is responsible for identifying, engaging, interviewing, and moving qualified DCW candidates through the hiring process while providing an excellent candidate experience. The recruiter must be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working independently, following up consistently, and meeting recruiting goals.    

Key Responsibilities   Recruit and attract qualified DCW candidates through multiple recruiting channels. Conduct candidate outreach, screening, interviews, and follow-up. Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process. Maintain consistent communication with candidates to reduce applicant drop-off. Use sales and customer service techniques to engage prospects and convert qualified applicants into hires. Manage a high volume of candidates while maintaining attention to detail. Multitask effectively and prioritize competing responsibilities throughout the day. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity. Coordinate background checks, required documentation, and onboarding steps. Re-engage candidates who have stopped responding or have not completed the hiring process. Work closely with staffing and operations teams to understand current hiring needs. Meet established recruiting activity and hiring goals. Work independently and take ownership of assigned recruiting responsibilities. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling candidate information.
