This role is essential for overseeing the (Office of Refugee Resettlement) ORR Medical Coordinators and providing appropriate staff training on medical, dental, and public health topics relevant to pediatric, adolescent, and migrant health. The LMC ensures the integration of health services and compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and develops medical protocols to support quality care. The Lead Medical Coordinator coordinates with local medical teams and medical providers to ensure continuity of care. The LMC is responsible for monitoring the overall performance of medical operations.
