Job Description
Oversee product strategy, development, and lifecycle management for fiber optics solutions. Align the product roadmap with market trends, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure profitability targets are met. Define product positioning and go-to-market strategy. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Monitor competitive landscape and adjust product plans accordingly. Manage pricing, forecasting, and performance metrics. Telecommuting permitted. Up to 10% of international travel required.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Five (5) years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in job offered, or Product Specialist, or in a related occupation.

- Fiber-optic network monitoring (OTDR-based monitoring systems and optical fault detection methodologies)
- RESTful API design, integration, and testing (JSON, XML, Postman)
- Telecommunications networking protocols (TCP/IP and SNMP)
- Programming and scripting languages (Python, Java, C, or C++)
- Operating system (Linux or UNIX)
- Database (PostgreSQL or Oracle)
- Cloud and virtualization environments
