Job Overview
We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker / Packers to join our fulfillment facility operations in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will play a critical part in the supply chain by accurately picking items off storage shelves, securely packing orders, and prepping shipments to ensure customer deliveries arrive on time and damage-free.
Key Responsibilities
Picking: Locate, retrieve, and select products from designated warehouse bins using RF handheld scanners, pick tickets, or voice-to-pick systems.
Packing: Inspect items for quality and damages, wrap fragile goods, and pack merchandise into appropriate shipping boxes or poly mailers.
Labeling & Prep: Generate shipping labels, attach packing slips, weigh packages, and seal boxes according to specific client guidelines.
Maintain Safety Standards: Keep aisles clear of trash, sweep work stations, and follow all safety protocols, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Previous warehouse, picker/packer, order fulfillment, or retail inventory experience preferred, but entry-level candidates willing to learn are welcome to apply.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or digital handheld terminals is a plus.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and stretch for full shifts (up to 10–12 hours).
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs comfortably.
Work Ethic: High attention to detail, strong punctuality, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
